Empire has a State of the Art Corrugation Plant in Dera Bassi, Punjab (India).

The Plant has locational advantages as it is centrally located & is in close proximity of 25 Kms. from Chandigarh, 60 Kms from Baddi, 90Kms from Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, 190 Kms from Uttaranchal, 225 Kms from Delhi & 300 Kms from Jammu.

Empire has a State of the Art Fully Automatic Corrugation Plant with a Production capacity of 100 MT per day & the total covered area of the Plant is 1,00,000 square feet making it the biggest Corrugation Plant in Northern India.

Empire has always kept abreast with latest Plant & Machinery with the objective of setting Benchmarking practices in the Corrugation Industry & be at par with all International Standards.

FULLY AUTOMATIC BOARD AND BOX MAKING SECTION

We have 2 Units of 5 Ply Automatic Corrugation Plants with A+B, B+C, B+B, A+A & A+C flute combinations & 2 Units of Automatic Flexo Printers with RDC (Rotary Die Cut) having up to 2 color printing facility capable of printing bar codes & Automatic Folder Gluer / Stitching facility with an overall installed capacity of 3000 MT per month.

Since its inception, Empire has strongly believed in Total Quality Management. In order to implement Quality systems intrinsically within the organization, Empire’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) has been successfully accredited by Bureau Veritas with effect 31st May, 2005 thereby becoming an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization.

One of the strengths of EPPL is its comprehensive laboratory with latest equipments for testing of all major inputs & other development works. The closed container vehicles have been customized, considering the customer product and its lifting trend.
